Currently, our company operates as a "hobbyverksamhet," which is a specific type of business activity allowed under Swedish law. A hobbyverksamhet refers to an informal business setup where individuals can engage in economic activity without being formally registered as a company, as long as the purpose is not primarily to make a profit. This allows people to test and develop their business ideas in a legal and manageable way before transitioning into a fully registered company.

In our case, this means that while we are in the process of preparing for official company registration, we are still legally allowed to sell our products and conduct limited business activities. The goal is to eventually expand our operations and register the company formally, but for now, the hobbyverksamhet model provides us with a legal and practical framework to operate within as we grow.
